My artistic interests in current technologies started about 4 years ago after making some simple observations about images and technologies, and how they play into culture.

Most of the work grows from my awareness that many lives are subjected to a feeling of need for material belongings and devices. Cell phones, televisions, even the computer you are sitting at; we have become so dependent on these things! These reciprocating thoughts are always present when creating a lot of my art.

There are also very interesting similarities between the aesthetic properties of circuit boards and everyday objects such as maps, communities, and even brains.

The image to the left is an aerial view of a suburb. Many people that know my work were under the impression it was a circuit board.

A lot is to be said about this subject, a longer statement will be compiled shortly.
